Matching Gifts

Matching Gift donations support our mission to give Haitian children what every child deserves -- the opportunity to learn.

Packing Boxes

Thanks to the generosity of PKF's corporate and foundation supporters, employees can double or even triple their donations made by employees and their spouses to Patrick's Kids Foundation through a Matching Gift program.

Companies and foundations use various procedures by which employees can request matching gifts through:

 

  • Online forms

  • Payroll deductions

  • Paper forms

​

Please check with your Human Resources Department to see if your company has a Matching Gift Program. 

If so, please complete the employee portion of the form and forward it to PKF.
