How You Can Help?

Scholarship Sponsorships: You can help by sponsoring a child for an academic year. The average cost per PKF scholar for an academic year is $350, which includes: tuition, uniform, school supplies, transportation, and other costs associated with our mentorship program. PKF supports our scholars for their entire academic career pre-university level, as long as the PKF scholar and their parents maintain their commitment to the program and academic excellence. Accordingly, we hope that you consider investing with us in the lives of our scholars for the entire duration of their pre-university academic career by renewing your sponsorship annually. Note: Corporate Matching

Gifts: Many employers offer matching gift programs that double or even triple the impact of charitable contributions made by employees and their spouses. To find out if your company has a matching gift program, please check with your human resources department.

Tribute Gifts: Pay tribute to a friend, family member or coworker by contributing to the Patrick’s Kids Foundation. Celebrate an anniversary, birthday, engagement, wedding or other special occasion by investing in the life and educational development of a deserving child in need. A special acknowledgement will be sent to the recipient of the tribute and at the donor's request, the amount of the tribute can remain undisclosed.

Memorials Gifts: Consider honoring the memory of a deceased loved one, such as a favorite professor, mentor, or family member by making a donation in their name to support the education and mentorship of a talented and driven scholar. A special acknowledgement will be sent to the designated person or family member announcing your gift.

Donate School Supplies and Materials: PKF sponsors the Ecole Assemble de Dieu (“EADD”), a school located in Franchipagne, Haiti. PKF has strategically decided to partner with EADD because of EADD’s unique position as one of the few schools that provides a formal education to one of the most rural regions in the southern part of Haiti. PKF will provide the school’s 150 students with school supplies and material for the 2018-2019 academic year. Moreover, we hope to provide EADD with as much support as possible to help service the educational needs of students in one of the most rural areas in Haiti, who otherwise would not have access to an education. Join us in our endeavor by donating school supplies and materials to EADD and its student body. Please email us at for more details.

Reception Dinner Sponsorship: PKF hosts an annual reception dinner to honor and celebrate the accomplishments of our scholars. The event provides an excellent setting for community leaders to mentor our scholars, and help our scholars realize that they have infinite potential and are only limited by the content of their minds. A $30.00 donation from you covers the cost for a PKF scholar and his or her parents to attend the reception dinner.

Spread the word about PKF: We strongly believe in the motto that appears on the flag of Haiti L’Union Fait La Force (unity makes strength), please help us spread the word about PKF by sharing with your: friends, family, co-workers, church members and other civic groups about the mission of PKF. You can also follow us on Facebook. United together we can make a tremendous positive impact in the lives of children and young adults in Haiti.

Get Involved: We encourage you to consider volunteering with PKF. As the Haitian proverb goes, "Men anpil chay pa lou." (many hands lighten the load). As PKF continues to execute its mission of helping close the educational gap between Haiti and developed nations, the foundation will need the assistance and talents of individuals who share our vision. We invite you to send us an email introducing yourself so we can find the most effective manner to use your energy and talents.

Follow us on Social Media: We encourage you to follow us on your favorite social media platforms. We regularly post updates on our impact and various ways you can help!

We help educate and holistically develop our scholars to create Haiti's leaders of tomorrow
